David Cleevely CBE FREng is the Founding Director of the Centre for Science and Policy at the University of Cambridge and Chair of the CSaP Advisory Council.;

Florence Chen, a Fulbright Scholar studying for an MPhil in Earth Sciences at Cambridge ;

Dr Robin Catchpole, recent Senior Astronomer at the Royal Observatory Greenwich, currently works at the Institute of Astronomy in Cambridge.

Speakers Against the Motion:

Martin Livermore is a chemist by training, with extensive UK and international experience in the food industry.

Mayke De-Freitas-Santos is a Venezuelan environmental lawyer, working for the Ministry of the Environment and several NGOs on biodiversity issues.

Leo Sands is the Co-Organiser of TEDxCambridge University and a final year history student at Trinity college, where he will be doing an MPhil in American History next academic year.
